    Track Sensation Hima Das Clinches Fourth Gold In A Row

    Track sensation Hima Das, known as Dhing express, bagged her fourth gold in a fortnight as she won the 200 meters with a timing of 23.25 seconds in the Tabor Athletics Meet in the Czech Republic on July 17th, 2019.

    “Won another gold today in 200m and improved my timings to 23.25s at Tabor GP,” Hima twitted.

    She won the third international gold on July 14th, 2019. She clocked 23.43 seconds and bagged the top spot in women’s 200m event at the Kladno Memorial Athletics Meet.

    In her first competitive 200m race of the year on July 2nd, 2019, Hima clocked 23.65 sec on her way to gold in the Poznan Athletics Grand Prix. After that, she won at the Kutno Athletics Meetclocking 23.97 seconds on July 8th, 2019 in Poland.

    On July 13th, 2019, braving a sore back, the ace sprinter from Assam’s Dhing had clocked 23.97 seconds to win the gold. “Challenges are what make life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful,” Hima wrote on Twitter.
